What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa & MasterCard); there is a 3% processing credit card fee for payments over $2,500. We also accept ACH/Wire transfers, as well as checks.
What are the Shipping Costs?

Freight costs are determined when the fixtures are packed and ready for shipment. All orders ship from Yonkers, NY. Due to surcharge fluctuations we no longer provide freight estimates. The quotes are only valid for 24 hours from our freight carriers. We can only provide the freight cost when the item is packed and ready to ship. On average, shipping costs are around 8%-12% of the fixture cost.

Are material samples available to order? Can I get material samples?

If material samples are available for the fixture(s) in question, we are happy to send material samples, as requested. This service is only available to the Trade.
Do you charge Sales Tax?

We presently collect sales tax in NY, NJ, MA, GA, WA, MI, MN, HI, NC unless a resale certificate is provided

What is your Return Policy?

Typically there is a 30% restocking fee. Items must not have been installed, be in pristine condition when returned, and need to be shipped back in the original packaging. For more information, see our terms and conditions
