The pleated shade of the Hozuki Large pendant was inspired by the shape of the lantern flower. Illustrating Ay Illuminate’s drive to produce artisanal products from natural materials, the entire shade of this white pendant is formed from handmade paper. Because there is no metal construction underpinning it, there is nothing to interrupt the luminous glow it emits when the light is switched on.
