About Grupa Products

Agile is a word Grupa Products’ founders Tihana Taraba, Ivana Pavić and Filip Despot use to describe their process. Since they are also the design team for the lighting manufacturer based in Zagreb, Croatia’s capital and largest city, they would know. They initially formed the company as a design studio in 2006, stepping boldly into the manufacturing of high-end lighting in 2012.
The success of the award-winning company is no surprise given its founders set out to become a renowned boutique design brand distinguished by innovative and versatile products, minimalism, functionality and flexibility. Proof of their accomplishments in these areas is their bestselling Arigato family of fixtures, which we are happy to welcome into our Stratos Collection. The patented joinery on each fixture has gone through such a rigorous process it simply won’t wear out, as is often the case with the joints on mere mortal task-lights.
“Our idea was clear,” the design team notes; “how about if we don’t leave anything to a chance and involve ourselves in the development of our products, all the way from the drawing board to the moment we ship it to our clients? The result is products that we fully stand behind.
